blueberry cake

Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 pt. Blueberries (16 oz)

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 2½ tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 cup Milk

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Flour

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 cup Butter

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy. Add Egg. Beat well. Combine all dry ingredients. Alternate part Milk, part dry ingredients. Pour into 9-inch Cake pan. Cover with Blueberries. Combine and crumble the topping ingredients in hand and sprinkle onto the cake. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
